A wedding planner is hired from the point of saying “yes,” to the point of saying “I Do!” A planner will help you with your design, find vendors, set & keep you in your budget. They will see your event through from beginning to the very end. Our team is trained in coordinating the day of to guarantee your day will flow perfectly.
Wedding “Coordinators” typically begin assisting the bride from 30 days out, until the end of the event. Coordinators will become your point of contact for your vendors, organize your day into a beautiful timeline so that your day runs perfectly. Most venues require paperwork due anywhere from 60-45 days prior to your wedding date. Monroe Media + Events, offers a 60 & a 45 day out package to come along side our brides early to ensure complete success on your big day.
